Our founder, M.D. Hall, “Uncle Doc”, had a love for automobiles and chemistry. In 1928, he developed a unique, high quality car wax, in his small home laboratory. Hi-Lustre was soon created, and for over 90 years our family has expanded on Uncle Doc’s legacy of manufacturing high quality polishes and waxes. Hi-Lustre Products, Inc. is now guided by our 4th generation, and is used by professional detailers and car enthusiasts worldwide.
