Orders shipped to addresses in California are subject to California Sales Tax. Orders shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax.

We want you to be completely satisfied. You may return merchandise purchased on our web site within 15 days of the date of invoice for a full refund. All refund requests made after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in a like-new condition, in the original packaging, and must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to return. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria. Returned merchandise shipping charges will be charged to the customer’s credit/debit card. Once the return is approved we will issue a credit to the credit/debit card within 48 hours. Shipping charges from us or to us are not refundable.
Please contact us at 323-269-3858 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to returning any item. You will need to provide your name, Proof of Purchase, telephone number and email address. Items returned without a RGA will be refused and returned at customer's expense.
If you return a gift, any credit will be issued to the giver.
